


Sugarplum Stitches Return Policy
At Sugarplum Stitches LLC, we strive to ensure that you and your little ones are delighted with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Time Frame: You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made tutus and personalized items are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Refunds
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges
- Defective or Damaged Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at savvytutusco@gmail.com and send your item to: 405 Medical Center Parkway, 85C. Selma Al. 36701
Shipping
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Lost Returns: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
